Discover the track with Amy, then get your first exhilarating full speed ride on the track as a passenger in a four man bobsleigh, start your practice runs and then under her expert guidance, experience the ultimate winter sports thrill by taking on the course individually, face first, on a Skeleton.

Innsbruck is the capital of the Austrian Tyrol and an internationally renowned winter sports hub with Olympic pedigree. Combining the buzz of a vibrant city with attractive historical architecture, surrounded by stunning alpine scenery, Innsbruck is a truly unique destination, with the very convenient bonus of having its own airport.

Previously run as a 2-night programme with flights in and out of Innsbruck Airport, the experience can also be tacked onto a ski trip to any of the nearby ski resorts, including St. Anton, Solden or Mayrhofen, to name a few.

The 1270m track was built in 1975 for the Winter Olympics the following year and was the first artificially refrigerated bobsleigh, luge and skeleton run, serving as a model for other tracks around the world; it is now a popular training centre for professional teams of all sliding disciplines. Amy trained and competed on the track for ten years during her athletic career, so knows it very well as the safest and one of the easiest tracks on the skeleton circuit – she was also the coach for the celebrities that took on the track on the 2014 Channel 4 show The Jump.
