The Mountain Gourmet Ski Experience is an annual event created by Heston Blumenthal OBE and Momentum Ski, where a selection of the best Michelin starred chefs head to Courmayeur, Italy to cook up incredible meals, set in a range of stunning Alpine restaurants. Past chefs include Heston himself, Tom Kerridge, Paul Ainsworth, Clare Smyth MBE, Claude Bosi, Jason Atherton, Marcus Wareing & Sat Bains.

Get Ready for March 2023!

The experience will return for the 8th time 16th-19th March  2023. In addition to the dinners, guests can enjoy Courmayeur’s skiing domain, dog-sledding, a walk on the Mont Blanc glacier and ride on the revolutionary Skyway cable car, or simply enjoy the historic village of Courmayeur. And the best bit is, with plenty of alternative activities available, you don’t even have to be able to ski!

We are thrilled to confirm the stars of the next Mountain Gourmet Ski Experience 2023 in Courmayeur from 16 to 19 March.
Jean-Philippe Blondet, 3 * Michelin Head Chef of the Alain Ducasse Dorchester, will be joined by Canadian Jonny Lake, previously executive head chef of the 3* Michelin restaurant The Fat Duck and their development kitchen, now Patron head chef of 1* Trivet, an exceptional restaurant in London.
Our star chefs will be joined by co-owner of Trivet Isa Bal, one of the world’s leading sommeliers and winner of the Michelin Sommelier award for 2022.

Two diverse types of haute cuisine by two of the leading Michelin star chefs in London, one inspired by the classic cuisine of France, the other a global view on how food and drink interact.

All dinner venues on the mountain are accessible by cable car and foot.

The weekend offers a flexible format so guests can curate their perfect experience, with all dinners available to book separately, plus accommodation, flights and transfers as potential add-ons to suit different budgets.
