Interbourse is an annual ski and snowboard race week, hosted and arranged by a different exchange each year.
Interbourse 2022 was the 53rd annual event, hosted by the London Stock Exchange Ski Team and organised by Momentum Ski. The Interbourse programme was established by members of stock exchanges around the globe to meet with colleagues and counterparts for some friendly competition and networking in an informal atmosphere.
Once a year Interbourse brings together up to 500 people from the financial community for 7 days of skiing, snowboarding, racing, mountain lunches, dinners, après ski and partying. There is serious official team racing, a thrilling parallel slalom competition, but also the guest race, an opportunity for anyone to try out racing for the first time. Attendees include CEOs, Stockbrokers, Bankers, Portfolio Managers, Private Equity, Traders, International Exchanges, Wealth Management, Family Office, Analysts, and more. All levels of skiers and non-skiers are welcome.
The event included 3 days of racing, from GS training to timed parallel individual slalom and 2 different GS races. 7 days of après ski parties and evening functions in Courmayeur.The first Interbourse was held in France in 1969 with participants from three European exchanges, and has grown from there.
