Ski weekends and short breaks of three or four nights are a hugely popular way of getting your fix if you don’t have the time or leave available for a full week or simply want to supplement your annual ski holiday. Our weekend package prices start from around £450 per person for 3 nights B&B with return flights and transfers or car hire.
Momentum Ski offers a fantastic personalised tailor-made service for short skiing breaks to the best destinations in the Alps. Our experienced sales team can advise you on the right resorts to suit your requirements. We will arrange your flights, private transfers or car hire and hotel accommodation to give you a complete and cohesive package with the peace of mind that our ATOL protection offers.
We can then organize all the little extras to make the perfect hassle-free trip such as:
- Lift passes
- Equipment rental
- Ski or snowboard lessons
- Restaurant reservations
- Non-skiing activities e.g. husky sledding
We work with both scheduled and budget airlines and a wide range of accommodation from the most basic guesthouses to luxury 5* hotels enabling us to cater to all budgets from beer and bunk beds to champagne and Egyptian cotton.
Our clients are individuals through to groups of friends or colleagues. We can recommend resorts that lend themselves to romantic breaks, taster weekends for beginner skiers, long lunches and gourmet dinners, intermediate cruising, challenging mountains for off-piste and heli-skiing adventures, hardcore après ski or any combination of the above – three days can seem like ten with everything that the mountains have to offer!
The Momentum Team thrives on finding solutions to the toughest requests and we can arrange short breaks to a wide range of destinations throughout the season. That said, where you have a choice, we believe the key considerations to get the best value and most enjoyable ski weekend to be:
- Go for resorts closest to alpine airports with the shortest transfer times
- Stick to low season dates such as mid December, January and later in March wherever possible
- You don’t need miles of piste for a short break so smaller more compact resorts work much better - take the opportunity to try lesser known resorts you might not consider for longer trips
- Go for centrally located hotels to minimize hassle once you are there
- Take the advice of your friendly and knowledgeable Momentum Ski sales person
